Nest Home Report

I got a Nest Home Report mail that it is discontinuing my account because my Nest is not connected.

The Nest App on my iPhone says "Everything is OK"

Sensors, Battery, Wi-Fi checked 9 hrs ago

Alarm, Voice checked 2 days ago -

 

WHAT GIVES???

Hey Richard700,

 

I'm sorry for the delay and trouble. To confirm, did you recently reset your Nest Protect to its default settings? Are you using the same account in the Nest app? Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest Protect? Also, is this your first time receiving this message?

I haven't done anything, but my Nest Protect is still listed in my Nest App and is sending "sound Check" messages, so I guess the problem solved itself?
