My Nest Protect chirps every few minutes and says the Smoke Sensor has failed. I followed the instructions to clean it but the issue continues. The area around it is free of dust and I continue to get the error after cleaning and moving the device to another area of the house.
I only bought this device in May 2022 and it shouldn't be failing within a few months especially after the money I paid for this versus a regular smoke/CO detector.
I tried starting a warranty claim but the form keeps saying there was an issue and to refresh the page and try again. How do I go about getting this issue addressed since it should still be under warranty.
