I migrated my Nest account to Google Home and i am now logged into the Nest app using my gmail account and I can see all my Nest devices. I added users in Google Home. The users i added logged into the Nest app with their gmail account but they do not see any of my Nest devices. What am I doing wrong?

@grod777

Are the users you added to your Google Nest "household" in the Google Home app accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your Nest Protects and other Nest devices are located when they log onto the Google Nest app?  The name of your Google Nest "home/structure" displays at the top of the initial screen in both the Google Nest app and the Google Home app.

looks like its working now. The user can now access the devices and they appear as a user in Google Home. Maybe the migration took longer to complete.

Can I add users that dont have a gmail? Or do the users need to have a gmail account?

@grod777

They need to have a gmail account.

Ok thx
