We have four Nest Protect smoke alarms, working fine, except the movement sensor stopped working a few weeks ago and history no longer available.
I can't turn it back on with the app.
Any idea what's going on?

Please perform a safety check up test on both on your Nest Protect and on the Nest app. Let me know how it goes.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us. Please disconnect your Nest Protect and connect it back to the power supply. You may remove its batteries for 30 seconds then place them back again.
