New nest protect with no power.

  • Our old nest protect expired so we installed a new one using the same wires and connectors.  We also added a battery one to our network in another part of the house. Both test fine and say ready, but in the app, the wired one says power out and the green ring does not light up even though all check marks come up on the test.  We flipped the breaker off and back on to no avail.  Any ideas?  I don't want to be replacing batteries every few days
