Not plugged in to the WAN port properly

So I keep trying to reconnect my google wifi, I’ve factory reset it many times, on all ports, and it’s still not working. It’s plugged in to the spectrum modem and modem is working just fine. It’s what’s in the title that shows. I’ve created a new google home, tried to add it, and same thing. Please help, we’ve been without wifi for several days. The WAN port is plugged in. We’ve factory reset several times. Do I need to get a new system? Is it outdated? Something damaged or fried?

The nest protect has nothing to do with it I just clicked a random thing because I had to. The other things are making sense though
