Protect App Test status inconsistent

Hi,

 

we have a lot of Protect Gen2 installed. All work and operate fine. Self Test also completes without issues.

 

In the Nest App on IOS, one of the devices does only report Status on Battery, Sensor, Wireless - the two rows for Alarm and Speech are simply missing - three status lines only, while all other devices have five status lines (Alarm and Speech additionally). Alarm and speech do work fine on that device and the test reports „ok“, just the app miraculously misses the two status lines - any idea?

 

all devices Manufactured 2019.

Hey OSC,

 

I'm sorry for the delay. Let's see what's going on — when did it start happening? Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest Protect? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
