I know this may be redundant but reading the posts so far I’m still confused. My protect failed to connect when I changed my Wi-Fi. The ceiling is too high for me to get up to. I only have the serial number not the entry key. Can I somehow reinstall it by entering the serial number only. Setup only asks for the entry code. Thanks

I have a similar problem. My electrician destroyed the QR code and the entry number while installing. I have the serial number but no entry code. The app does not allow anything but Entry code, but it is supposed to offer serial number insertion
