Hi,
Recently my 3rd gen thermostat has not been holding a charge (at first the WiFi stopped working, then it fell into a cycle of constantly restarting), either when connected to the base or when charged by USB overnight. After these issues presented, my Heat Link also then died, which Google has since replaced.
The engineer and I suspected that the faulty Heat Link may have been the cause of the issues with the thermostat, but even after its replacement the thermostat still does not hold a charge, so it appears to be a faulty battery issue.
Please could you let me know what the next steps should be to get this sorted out.
Thank you.
