American Standard HVAC System with Nest Power Connector

Hello,

I purchased a Nest Thermostat and am being promoted with the dreaded N262 error code, I was able to locate my units control Panel, however, it is nothing I have seen on any of the many videos I watched. I was wondering if any of you could tell if this system is compatible with the system, or the Nest Power Connector? Attached is photos of the control panel.

@Patrick_Caezza , I saw a Trane logo on the control panel, and I saw that you are a bit of an expert on these units, do you happen to have any input on this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum.

Please check and ensure that your Nest Thermostat's software version is up-to-date. Restart your thermostat by going to its settings, then pull the display off from its base and remove the batteries for at least 2 minutes to refresh before plugging them back in. Also, you can check your system for a spare wire. There may be a spare wire that's not on the HVAC thermostat.
