Best thetmostat home app

  • I installed my nest thermostat and power connector about a week ago. Everything was going fine till I opened the home app this morning and I was prompted to start over with the set up. Now the app can’t find the thermostat and I’m not able to use the app. The thermostat screen seems fine. This thing is more trouble than it’s worth.

Hello Pbourgea,

 

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to help.

 

You might have accidentally logged out and switched email addresses. On the Google Home app, make sure that you're on the same email as your thermostat. If yes, check the other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Please check out this guide on how to switch home structures and let us know if that helps.
