The thermostat wires include a c wire hard wired to the Taco box - 4 zone system. 3 in Taco box. 2 are working properly. The other zone required an external wire adapter to a sepertate box. That one works. I checked the wires on the thermostat that isn’t allowing the set up. They are all connected. The installation stops at the test screen. Says C wire not detected. Can’t complete set up. I’ve reset to factory settings. Still won’t get past test screen. Any suggestions on why the app won’t recognize the wires that are connected.
