Cannot update PW.

Trying to reset PW but code being sent to old TN#. How can I update the tn#?

You need to log into the Nest Portal using a computer.  Log in using the same email ID and Password you created the account with. Then you can make changes.

I've tried that and I get an error and to reset, it is sending a code via text to my phone.
