Checking Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Checking if my stem is compatible with the Nest Thermostat. It won’t let me upload photo, but these are my wires:

Y2, Y, G, RC, RH, C, W/E, W2

I’m just not sure about the W/E wire. And RC and RH wires have a jumper connecting the two. Thanks!

It sounds like you have a dual fuel system, like a heat pump and a furnace. If you’re not sure, check here. Regardless, it should be compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat (not other models). I think the W/E wire you mentioned is more likely a W/B wire, and Nest thermostats don't use jumper wires, so don't enter that into the app or connect it. They use an internal jumper wire if your system needs it.

Thank you all! It worked with my Nest Learning Thermostat (not the Nest Thermostat that I initially purchased). Thanks for your help and check-in!
