Checking if my stem is compatible with the Nest Thermostat. It won’t let me upload photo, but these are my wires:
Y2, Y, G, RC, RH, C, W/E, W2
I’m just not sure about the W/E wire. And RC and RH wires have a jumper connecting the two. Thanks!

It sounds like you have a dual fuel system, like a heat pump and a furnace. If you’re not sure, check here. Regardless, it should be compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat (not other models). I think the W/E wire you mentioned is more likely a W/B wire, and Nest thermostats don't use jumper wires, so don't enter that into the app or connect it. They use an internal jumper wire if your system needs it.
