Compatibility checker

I checked the wires on the compatibility checker for my nest thermostat and the checker said the thermostat should work with the wiring I have and now when I try to connect it via google home it says it isn't compatible.And No I don't want to contact a Nest Pro installer.

Old thermostat is a white and Rodgers 1F78.  I have the following wires:
