Have installed my second Nest thermo in a zone that had a conventional thermo. Fist Nest still working. New Nest is physically installed with power on but I get hung up when I try to connect new thermo to my Home App. Keep getting connection failed. Have tried bluetooth on/off, disconnecting other devices. Just keeps "fail to connect" error. What to try next?

Hi Emlen,
Thanks for posting here in Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation.
A few questions: What type of Nest thermostat do you have? And what is the exact error message you're getting on the app as you add the Nest Thermostat there?
I'll look forward to your response.
Best,
Zoe
