So I am having an issue with my Nest Thermostat and Im not sure how to fix it or make it work better.
Our thermostat is set up to recognize when we leave the house. We have 3 users.. User A leaves early in the morning, User B works from home and User C works from home and out (typically in the afternoons).
We have our schedule to increase temp to a warming 21.5c at a specific time, but if User A leaves, it puts the house into an Away mode, almost like it doesnt realize that user B and C are still home. As we move into winter, it means the house remains incredibly cold until someone makes the adjustment.
Is there something we can do to get the thermostat to check if User B and C are still there??
