Google Nest E stuck on black screen with with update logo

Hi there, I have seen many threads that were already closed but my Nest E thermostat is stuck on the black screen, we’ve tried already all recommended trouble shooting. Let the battery die down over night, put it into the PC with USB cable, attempted to restarted it, which then lead to show us the G logo, then the black screen with the White House and continued to go back to the black screen with White House logo and in a square. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 Hi Jake,
I’m currently waiting on my replacement and will return the broken one once I have the packaging of the new one. Got the label already sorted for the return. Thank you.
