Resolved! Thermostat locked and not in nest app

I recently changed my wifi password and was trying to restore my device's connection, but accidentally deleted the thermostat from my app. Now the device is locked because I can't remember my PIN.

Thermostat not working correctly

The thermostat is set to operate at 21 degrees centigrade, quite often it does not operate until it has dropped to nearly 19 degrees and then does not go off until it is almost 22 degrees.
