Google Nest Temperature Sensors supported in NZ?

I’m in NZ.

I am trying to connect Google Nest Temperature sensors to my Google learning thermostat.

but the stat is suggesting I need to download software, but when I try to update software I’m told it’s up to date. There was another thread that has been locked, not sure if he got it working.

Help needed please, would like to be able to get this setup

The Nest Temperature Sensor is only supported in the US and Canada, I'm afraid.

So no chance of being able to get it connected. Seems strange you can by the thermostat but not the sensor, seems redundant. Thanks for your help

No I'm afraid not, there's no workaround I'm aware of for this one!

Thanks for posting here in the Community. The Nest Temperature Sensor is currently compatible only with thermostats designed for use in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum.

The Nest Temperature Sensor is currently compatible with thermostats designed for use in one of the following countries:

• United States
• Canada
• Mexico

Important: As long as you purchased a compatible thermostat from a retailer in one of the countries listed above, it should work with the sensor. Thermostats designed for use in other countries, however, are not currently compatible with the sensor. The app prevents you from adding the sensor to a thermostat designed for use in any other country.

Is there a means of using another Nest thermostat working in conjunction with the main thermostat and controlling the temperature in another room.
