Google Nest Thermostat Compatibility

I'm just trying to determine if I can wire in a Google Nest Thermostat. I've attached a pic of my wiring. I only have two wires. Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue...only 2 wires were connected to the original thermostat....BUT, there are probably at least 3 more wires in the wall.  Pull them all out to see what colors you have.

Your thermostat only controls HEAT the R is power IN, and the W is the power out to the heating system to start the heating system.
