Dead Heat Link

Hi, like other posts you heat link has died. No lights and doesn't reset after pressing button for 30 seconds. There is power going to the unit ok. Thermostat still, under warranty, can I get a replacement heat link, thanks

How do I add a room? The nest app says I don't have any rooms yet, but I can't find where to add a room. When I go to settings and select "rooms and groups", I get a blank screen with the word "Rooms" and not options to add, delete, edit or anything ...
