Google Nest Thermostat

I have a blue jumper wire which runs between the Rc and R can I use the nest thermostat? My current thermostat is an Aprilaire

Instead of using jumper wires, Nest Thermostats use an internal jumper between the Rh and Rc connectors and will automatically use this internal jumper if your system needs it. To confirm compatibility, we recommend using the online compatibility checker:
