My nest keeps saying the battery isn’t charging. I have taken off the wall and charge with a USB and attached back to the wall. After a few hours it shuts down again and I receive the same messages. I am in Chicagoland and the temp is 110 right now. This is the worst possible time for this to happen. any other fixes? I have a google next on my main level that works fine but this one on the second level is having the issues. We have had these devices since 2019 without any problems. please help!!!
