Resolved! My 2 year old Nest Thermostat is not holding a charge

I have a 2 yr old nest thermostat that can not hold a charge. I have recharged it on a USB and it is already not powered enough to connect to Wifi 3 hours later. How do I get a replacement battery or replacement unit
