My Heat Link seems to have died as no lights on and have tried resetting it. Checked fuse and fuse board. Can anyone help?

Mine has done the same overnight as well, seems it is a common fault and they have some contract with BOXT to fix them. Best option is to open a support case with the Nest help team.
