Our heat link is nearly 2 years old (installed winter 2020) and yesterday has stopped working completely. No lights appear at all on the device. I’ve tried resetting it, pushing and holding the button for 20 seconds, turning off its power supply and turning back on again - nothing happens and no lights appear.
Please could you advise what we need to do now? Currently we have no heating or hot water.
