Hello Kn58,

I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. I'd love to know more about this.

Could you share a photo of your thermostat's temperature schedule? You could try editing the schedule and making sure that there are no duplicates to avoid overriding. Also, please restart your thermostat by taking out its batteries for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Mark

I took a photo of the schedule but I can't figure out how to insert it into this reply.  We are currently away from the house for a few more weeks and I am tracking it remotely.  The problem doesn't seem to have reoccurred, but that is probably because the system is now on Eco mode since it senses that we are not in the house.

Hi Kn58,

I understand that you're away from your thermostat. No worries! You can continue observing its behavior once you're at home, and please keep us posted on how it goes. Also, clicking the picture icon on the text box is how you attach photos.

Thanks,

Mark
