hi,
I had my faulty nest heatlink replaced over a month ago and sent the invoice straight in for the reimbursement of the fitting cost. I have emailed several times with no reply about when I will get my refund.

I am also awaiting reimbursement for Heatlink. Has yours been resolved?

Apparently mine hadn’t been processed (doesn’t explain why my emails had been ignored since November) and is being processed now but can take up to two months for you to receive your money back. The whole thing is just inefficient and ridiculous.

Sorry for the late reply. The reimbursement is a goodwill gesture and normally isn't covered by warranty. Due to higher than expected volumes, you can expect a little delay with your reimbursement, but no more than 4 to 5 weeks.
