Heating instead of cooling, and cooling instead of heating

Hello,

I'm not entirely sure, but it seems that my thermostat is inverted. When I try to cool, it begins forcing out hot air, and when I heat, it shoots out cool air. I followed the wiring through the app to the best of my ability but doesn't seem to be correct. Not sure exactly what my heating system is, but from my understanding it's all electric. I've attached images of the wiring below:

Hello Twavatar,

Thank you for reaching out and bringing your thermostat concerns to our attention. We understand the importance of a properly functioning heating and cooling system, and we appreciate your effort in troubleshooting the issue.

To ensure we provide you with the most accurate guidance, we request some additional information:

1. Can you provide the make and model of your HVAC system?
2. Have you observed any specific message codes or unusual indicators on your thermostat's display?
3. If possible, could you share a brief overview of the wiring connections you have made and any deviations from the standard wiring instructions, as the links you've shared are not working?

I'll look forward to your response.

Best Regards,
Mark
