Hi all, how do I escalate an issue in Google? My heatlink broke, I sent it back to Google in Poland. I have a POD to confirm delivery. But it's been weeks now and I just keep getting the same email from the agent. I don't have an update and I have no hot water or heat. It's not acceptable. How can I escalate? Any suggestions? I can't find anything clear on the site short of going to Google HQ which I might do soon.

Oh my god I had no idea. What horrific service. I have no hot water or heat for weeks and they don’t care at all. I am appalled at the service. I have decided I am going to continue to annoy them beyond belief. It’s shocking.
