Heatlink no lights

Hi, hopefully someone can help me. Heating working ok and suddenly went off. I see green light off on heatlink but power going to it.
completely dead heatlink.
How do i contact nest for repair or replacement ?

Similar issue. No lights on Heat Link. Thermostat has blinking red light. Switched fuse on and off and tried to re-start heat link; still no lights. I think I need a replacement. How do I arrange this? I live in Ireland.

Same here. In Ireland have learning thermostat about 2years - all of sudden heatlink not active, no lights on , no other issues - seems to be a recognised problem with the device.

Any idea how to replace urgently as no heat??

Thanks for reaching out to us here @DavidAB , @BillB1 and @Nlr . I am sorry to hear you are all facing the same behavior and I'll be happy to try and assist.

Should you wish to get in touch with our live support servicer or using any of our other channels you can use the information in this link here. All our channels are available between 08:00 - 19:00 weekdays and 09:00 - 17:00 weekends.

If you have not already, check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.

If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.
