Like many I’m having a permanent w5 error on my Nest 3. It’s been working fine for 18 months but suddenly disconnected. I’ve checked and reset my wifi and done everything on here including reset to factory settings. Battery all seems fine but I can’t even search for a network . It’s been like this for 3 weeksCan you help please ? Andy
