I’ve no ‘history’ showing on two thermostats - why is this ? Says come back tomorrow- why please?

You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country or region.

I confirm it’s now showing history on the app.

Next, can we hear more about earlier generation Stat redundancy please? EG any change in the redundancy plan (s). If not what are we expected to do? I have 2 x Gen 2. and rely on remote control. Looking at current costs it seems it’s going to cost around £500 to replace mine with Gen 4. If the plan remains to remove support and remote capability I may have to start looking elsewhere for controllers of another make. I’m not happy.
