I was able to connected before but for some reason I am not able to connect on my phone the app keep asking me for a new product which I don’t need that because I already have the thermostat installed. Please help to be able to connected on my iPhone. Thank you

It is a Nest Pro. I am not getting any error messages. On my App I only get Home and And A Device, or something similar. When I click Home it goes to Away and that's all it does. I cannot change the temperature or anything.

@TValesky, I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't access your Nest Thermostat on the Nest App. Please make sure that you're logged in with the same email address associated with your thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Follow the steps on this page.
