I need support to unlock my Nest thermostat. I forgot my PIN. I also switched internet providers, so not able to access the Thermostat from my app. I read a previous thread and able to connect the nest to my computer through USB. What is the next step to unlock. Appreciate your help.

Hi everyone - very similiar issue here. We have restarted our themorstat to factory settings and now unable to connect via app. We have tried everything suggested (wifi/personalhotspot/restarting device and heatlink...the list goes on...). I'm able to see technicalinfo.PLIST file when connecting device to PC. Can you please let me know the next steps??
