Identifying old thermostat wiring

Please help identify this wiring. I have a Nest thermostat and can't insert 2 wires in 1 terminal as shown here.  Thanks.IMG_5066.jpg

You will need to look in the furnace/air handler and see what the wires in the Y and R terminals are connected to.

Post a picture of the wiring there.

Hi. Thanks for responding. I took Patrick's suggestion and opened the air handler. There were 4 wires in there, red, white, yellow and green. The 2 additional wires are from a humidistat (I'm in Florida). Apparently, the Nest isn't compatible with it, so I connected just the 4 wires and the air conditioner is working fine.
