I was logged out of my nest thermostat and cant remember user email or password to sign back in. Was prompted to connect to google and still unable to locate thermostat

I'm afraid that the easiest route to take here would be to reset the account connection settings of your Nest thermostat then set it up to another email address that you currently have access to right now. Here's a guide: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
