The thermostat you have uses a digital communications interface.  Having said this, we need to verify your air handler model number and your outdoor condenser model number.  It may be possible to re-wire your system to use a conventional control system. You thermostat cable has 5 conductors so it might work.  We need to look at your system.

Hi folks,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide the make and model of your HVAC system? Also, sharing a photo of the wires that are connected to your control board will be helpful.

I appreciate your help, @CoolingWizard.

Best,

Jenelyn
