Logging errors

We are getting intermittent e183 and e184 errors, but the system is working just fine. HVAC technician measured and confirmed we have sufficient voltage.

I want to watch and wait for a while. Is there a log that records these errors when they happen?

Happy to use Home Assistant/hassio or any of the Nest interfaces. But I can't seem to find an error log. Anyone have any experience?

Hey there dmr76,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix those Thermostat errors? If not, I'd be happy to help out. Did you already look up the errors on the Nest Thermostat Troubleshooter? It indicates a power issue, do you have a C wire connected to the Thermostat? Either way, I would follow the troubleshooting steps that it gives you for both errors, then let me know how it goes.

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!

Best regards,
Jeran

We’re all set, thanks. The internal batteries on all 3 had worn out, without any clear error. We’ve replaced all the hardware.
