5 wires. r, b, w, y and G.. at first i just put all the wires in the letters but when it asked me the question if o/b was a heat pump(which I don't have) i revisited instructions and seen it say Common and C wires are commonly blue.. originally I had blue in the o/b spot.. so i pulled it off and reput the Blue wire in the C spot.. When I popped device back on it said restarting.. will be back in a little bit.. it hasn't turned back on.
