My thermostat says H71 and I can’t go into settings and it will not connect to my heat link. Help

Anyone can give me the phone number of best thermostat technician as there seems to be a real problem with their production 

I can’t troubleshoot nor connect- hear link isn’t blue but yellow and I can’t go into settings in th thermostat 

please help

You don't need any thermostat technician just yourself!!!!!!!!

First question, did you buy the thermostat new boxed, if so try this?

Press the Heat Link button and keep pressed do not release for about the 40 seconds or more, do not release the button or anything even if you see the lights go on/off. After a very good 40 seconds you should see the blue light pulsing, then and only then release the button, you should now have a blue pulsing light.

Now depending if you purchsed the thermostat new and boxed, just look at the display and click 'Reset Pairing'.

Update me if that works or not
