N71 warning on thermostat

Hi, I had to replace my boiler recently and everything with the nest worked perfectly. The other day I noticed an N71 warning on my thermostat and could not connect to the heat link. Advice on the internet suggests that I reset the heat link by holding down the nest button for 20 secs. However when I do this I do not see any playing lights at all. In fact there are no lights on the heat link and it looks as if it has no power or something. Any advice?

Hi @Reills38 , sorry for the late reply.

If you have not already check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.

If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after when you press the button on it.

Best regards,
