Need help with my nest thermostat

Hello my My nest thermostat stopped working with my phone I try to connect I couldn’t then I get a message saying failed to connect see nest.com/w-2

If you are seeing a W2 error on your device, your Wi-Fi router may have security settings enabled that prevent your Nest thermostat from connecting.
