RS2, RS1, and RSv+ are used for external indoor and outdoor sensors that the Nest Thermostats don't support and can be taped off.
The remaining wires will connect to the Nest thermostat by matching the labels.

Thanks Patrick for the response but there is any problem if I switch to nest ? I am living in a very cold area (Montreal) and if I remove this wire maybe the system will not work as respected.

Anyone can help please?

Hi folks,
@Patrick_Caezza, thanks for the help!
@yagobski, thanks for reaching out. The Nest Thermostat already have a built in sensor for the indoor temperature and it uses the internet to know the outside temperature.
Thanks,
Edward

Hey there,
Just match the labels of your original thermostat wires to your Nest. Make sure to tape off RS2, RS1, and RSv+ as they won't be needed.
