The Nest 3rd Gen has the ability to handle your 7 wires. You seem to have a heat pump system with emergency heat and auxiliary heat unless the Aux is say a humidification system.  The wires I see.

R - 24VAC Input - Red Wire

Y - Cooling - Yellow Wire

G - Blower Fan - Green Wire

C - Common return - Blue Wire

E - Emergency Heat - Black Wire

Aux/W - Auxiliary Heat - White Wire

O/B - Heat pump Reversing Valve - Orange Wire

Your thermostat is not compatible with the Google Nest Thermostat, it will only work with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen

Try this wiring if you get the Learning Thermostat.

Yellow - Y to Y1

Greem - G to G

Blue - C to C

Red - R to Rc

White - E to * (set for emergency heat)

Black - AUX to W2/AUX (set as AUX heat)

Orange - O/B to OB
