Nest Thermostat Compatibility

 Is the Nest Thermostat compatible with my system?

It is compatible. Just need to put the white wire to nest W1 or aux/w & you don’t need that small white jumper wire between E & aux. & configure your nest to heat pump. Turn off power to your unit before disconnecting wires. Do not let wires touch each other. good luck.

Hi folks,

 

@Ryan14, thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as shown:

 


You may not install the jumper wire from E to AUX as that is not needed for Nest Thermostats. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Thermostat.
