I need help with my wi-fi as it will not reconnect

If this is the first time you're setting up the thermostat, do you see any error codes on the thermostat or in the app?

Try these steps:
Troubleshoot connecting a Nest thermostat to the Nest app or Wi-Fi network (Other TD error codes) - ...

If your thermostat previously connected to Wifi, does it show any Wifi networks in the list?
