There is no lock/unlock feature on my new Nest thermostat yet it is advertising as having this and sounds like it used to - why was this taken away? Needs to get fixed ASAP!

Sorry for the confusion and I understand how you feel.
I'm afraid that the lock feature is only available for the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen and Nest Thermostat E. Rest assured that we're continually working on ways to improve and we'll take this as feedback.
