Nest Thermostat Set Up Issue

Followed all instructions with no problems. Got to the end and received an SSO error message. Help content advised to remove device and added back again. When I try to add it back it says unable to locate device. Help

A few questions: is this a first time setup? Do you have a C wire? Could you please share a photo of the wiring on your current thermostat?
